5.2. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance): We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Maltese Data Protection Act (Cap. 586). Where we process personal data on your behalf as part of our services (acting as a 'Data Processor'), a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be executed to define roles, responsibilities, and security measures.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. General: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synerf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or services.

7.2. Consultancy Services: Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the services provided will be limited to the fees actually paid by you to us for the specific service in question over the preceding [e.g., six (6) months] period. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be legally limited under Maltese and EU law.
